Text Box: fees ... one of the best conferences I have been to in a long time...great job offering a variety of topics which were practical and interesting. --Conference Attendee pre-conference forums MSSA will not offer pre-conference institutes in 2012, instead the workshops on Tuesday are included in the conference registration fees and open to all who are attending the Annual Training Conference & Expo. payment, cancellation & confirmation Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be included with your registration. You may pay by check or purchase order. A purchase order number does not constitute payment. Cancellations must be in writing and received by the MSSA office no later than February 29, 2012. All refunds are subject to a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after March 1, 2012. If you cancel after March 1, 2012, you may name another person to take your place for a $25 substitution fee. Membership fees will not be refunded. If paying by check, please send payment to:
